We are currently facing issues with the Firefighter log report notification mails. We are on GRC 10.0 SP13. and have the configuration parameters
4001 to 4009 all set to YES.
The issue is the following.
We have scheduled the program: GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC_UPDATE as an hourly job running for 1 connector (our ECC Production System)
The job keeps generating Firefighter log report notification mails for FF sessions that have already ended (. Controllers are now every hour receiving the same mails for the same FF ids also multiple mails each hour.
When I look at table GRACFFUSER the field logged is flagged with X. However the FF sessions have already ended and no connections to our ECC Production system are active.
We are a bit stuck on how to solve this issue and are planning to contact SAP for an investigation. Before we do this, we want to check here to see if anyone else has faced this issue and can help us in a solution direction.
