We are implementing BRM 10.0 and we have some doubts about how it works BRF+ methodology. Next scenario is our possible configuration if it could be configured in SAP GRC.
Take into account that BRF+ Methodology will be configure only a composite role level and Single Role won’t be approved in any case.
- If a user changes attributes of composite role like description/landscape/process/subprocess, etc... Workflow approval won’t be activated and attributes of role will be changed without approval.
- If a user removes a single role to a composite role, workflow approval won’t be activated and composite role will be changed without approval.
- If a user adds a single role to a composite role and it creates new risks of segregation of duties, workflow approval will be activated and it will send an email to role owner to approve this new risk appeared.
- If a user assign a single role to a composite role and it doesn’t create any risk of segregation, workflow approval won’t be activated and composite role will be changed without approval.
Please, in see file attached. It is an image with our BRF+ configuration started. We would like to know which parameters, attributes or if there is a list with all parameters that we can use to configure BRF+ methodology to implement all conditions mentioned above.
